Firefighter48 is a registered non-profit dedicated to raising awareness about firefighter cancer through powerful storytelling and community-driven advocacy. Organized and propelled by a growing number of firefighters, their families, and supporters, the foundation is working to complete The Last Firefighters—a full-length documentary that shares the real-life stories of those battling occupational cancer in the fire service.
Unlike traditional awareness efforts, Firefighter48 focuses on emotional connection, not just statistics—highlighting personal stories, honoring those we’ve lost, and pushing for change in how the fire service confronts cancer.
