Become a Chaplain
Chaplains offer presence in the moments that matter most. They provide a listening ear, steady support, and spiritual and emotional care to firefighters and their families through the hardest parts of the job. This is a role built on trust, compassion, and showing up consistently for the people who spend their lives showing up for others.
You do not need to have all the answers. You need a heart for first responders and a willingness to be there. If that sounds like you, start with the interest form below and a member of our team will follow up.
What the interest form asks
- Your experience. Tell us about your background. This can include chaplaincy, ministry, counseling, peer support, or any time spent in or around the fire service.
- Department affiliation. Are you currently connected to a department or agency? Let us know which one and in what role.
- Why you are interested. What draws you to serving first responders as a chaplain?
